Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack who will play a pivotal part in refining our analytics platform, optimizing performance, and enhancing security and scalability. Your expertise will directly contribute to the sophistication and efficiency of our solutions. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Analytics Enhancement: Refine our analytics engine to extract more nuanced insights from patient records, leveraging proprietary tools and advanced statistical methods.
- Performance Optimization: Streamline recurring calculations, enhancing data transmission and storage methods to facilitate in-depth analysis at each stage of our analytics pipeline.
- Architecture Refactoring: Improve our architecture to be more maintainable, testable and cost-effective.
- Security Integration: Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) across our suite of organizational applications using a federated login solution.
- Testing Framework Development: Develop and integrate a regression testing framework into our analytics stack, ensuring robustness and reliability.
Your skills and qualifications
- 7-10 years of full-stack development experience, with a focus on backend and cloud-based solutions.
- Expertise in Python and experience with Node.js for AWS Lambda functions.
- Strong familiarity with React
- Strong proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, Amplify, Cognito, Step Functions, CDK).
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools like AirFlow and dbt.
- Knowledge of database technologies (Postgres, DynamoDB) and familiarity with Snowflake.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven problem-solving skills and independence in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience in the health tech domain, particularly in hospital billing systems, is highly advantageous.

- $180K to $210K base salary + equity
