1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Building a new mental healthcare system at Headway is only possible because of the scale and leverage that software can provide. The Data Platform team at Headway is a small but mighty team building our Snowflake data platform, data ingestion tooling, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and data developer experience to help Headway deliver best-in-class experience for our patients and therapists. As we scale, we're looking for an experienced Data Platform Engineer to help us design and build infrastructure to support the growth of our data engineering, data analyst and machine learning teams. You’ll work closely with our Data Analytics & Engineering teams, Product Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to support analytics needs as we grow in traffic, data, and scale.

The expected base pay range for this position is $198,050 - $233,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
