CLEAR is seeking a Manager, Member Insights to join our Member Insights team. This role will be the backbone of how the organization measures and understands performance: designing and maintaining reporting, ensuring alignment on KPI definitions, and equipping cross-functional partners with the tools and insights they need to make data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and actionable.

In addition to building and maintaining reporting, you’ll use these tools to uncover trends, create actionable recommendations, and help segment customers to identify performance drivers and opportunities for improvement. You’ll play a critical role in translating data into insights that can directly inform decision-making across the member lifecycle.

What you'll do:

  • Build, automate, and maintain reporting and dashboards that track key business metrics across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and pricing initiatives.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure proper measurement frameworks are in place for new initiatives, pilots, or pricing changes.
  • Define, document, and align stakeholders on core KPIs, ensuring consistency in how metrics are calculated and reported across teams.
  • Establish governance standards to ensure reporting logic and definitions are consistently applied across dashboards and analyses.
  • Analyze performance trends and member behavior to generate actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional partners.
  • Conduct customer segmentation analyses to identify high-value cohorts and opportunities for tailored strategies.
  • Serve as the go-to partner for reporting and measurement questions, helping teams understand both the data outputs and their business implications.

How you'll measure success:

  • Reporting and dashboards are accurate, automated, and adopted by stakeholders across the business.
  • KPI definitions are clearly documented, widely aligned upon, and consistently applied across all reporting.
  • New initiatives (e.g., pricing increases, product launches, campaigns) have proper measurement frameworks in place from day one.
  • Actionable insights and recommendations are generated from reporting and segmentation, influencing cross-functional decisions.
  • Business leaders are equipped with reliable performance data and clear narratives to guide decisions.

What you're great at:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, or Business Intelligence, ideally within consumer tech, travel, financial services, or subscription businesses.
  • Deep technical fluency with SQL and strong hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Proven ability to design, automate, and scale reporting frameworks that are both accurate and user-friendly.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to not only report on performance but also surface insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience conducting customer segmentation and applying findings to real-world business problems.
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborative communicator who can partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
