We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and self-sufficient IT Analyst to manage and optimize our technology infrastructure with a focus on innovation, automation, and seamless system integration. This role requires expertise in HRIS platforms, security compliance, device management, company support and process automation to support our healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Management & Integration

  • Administer, optimize, and enhance systems connected to the HRIS systems ensuring data integrity and seamless integration with organizational platforms

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell, or third party automation systems like Zapier or Tray.io or Python to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes

  • Integrate disparate systems to create cohesive technology solutions

  • Troubleshoot complex enterprise-level systems and resolve multi-system integration issues

Device Lifecycle Management

  • Deploy and manage employee devices including laptops, smartphones, and tablets for patients

  • Configure and deploy patient devices ensuring integration with clinical workflows

  • Maintain device inventory and coordinate hardware lifecycle management

  • Develop standardized device imaging and deployment procedures

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Execute comprehensive onboarding processes including account provisioning, device setup, and access management

  • Coordinate offboarding procedures ensuring secure account deactivation, device retrieval, and data protection

  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee technology assets and access rights

  • Collaborate with HR and security teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies

Infrastructure Administration

  • Administer Google Workspace and Google Admin Console environments

  • Implement and maintain Sophos security solutions

  • Ensure HIPAA compliance through proactive monitoring and vulnerability assessments

  • Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and adoption

  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with system implementations and technology changes

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail

User Support & Documentation

  • Provide technical support with focus on efficient problem resolution

  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 2+ years experience with HRIS platforms and system integrations

  • Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Python) and third party automation systems (Zapier, Tray.io)

  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and JIRA

  • Strong knowledge of security policies and HIPAA security requirements with vulnerability assessment experience

  • Experience with Sophos security solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate systems and develop technical solutions

  • Proven experience troubleshooting complex enterprise-level systems and multi-system environments

  • Strong multitasking abilities with capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation for system implementations and technology changes

  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Self-sufficient and proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of security and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with identity and access management systems

  • API integration experience for HRIS and related systems

  • Enterprise-level IT environment experience

  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform experience

  • Healthcare technology or regulated industry background

Employment Details

This is a hybrid position based in San Mateo, CA or Denver/Aurora, CO. The role reports to the IT Manager and requires occasional travel between locations.
