We are seeking a forward-thinking System Administrator who not only ensures smooth day-to-day operations but also drives innovation by integrating systems, automating processes, and improving how technology works across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone with deep HRIS expertise, strong automation skills, and a passion for building solutions that make systems smarter, faster, and more connected.
Manage, optimize, and innovate HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration with other platforms.
Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and Python to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Identify opportunities to connect and enhance systems so they work together more effectively.
Lead and spearhead IT projects from concept to delivery, ensuring successful adoption and measurable results.
Administer and configure Google Workspace / Google Admin Console environments.
Ensure all systems meet HIPAA compliance and proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Implement and maintain Sophos security solutions.
Provide exceptional, patient end-user support with a strong focus on customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing creative problem-solving and excellent communication to every project.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience with HRIS platforms and System integrations.
Proven expertise in automation scripting (PowerShell, Python).
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and JIRA.
Deep understanding of HIPAA security requirements and vulnerability assessment.
Experience with Sophos security solutions.
Ability to integrate disparate systems and create innovative, cohesive solutions.
Strong project leadership skills, from planning through execution.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation abilities.
Resourceful, creative, and able to think outside the box to deliver impactful solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with identity and access management systems.
Familiarity with API integrations for HRIS and related systems.
Previous work in enterprise-level IT environments.
