You'll nurture and expand relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support every step of the way. You'll work with teams across our organization, including Commercial Services, Quantitative Sciences, Product, Sales, and Finance, to advocate for customer needs and guide impactful solutions. From supporting annual renewals to identifying new opportunities for account expansion, you'll play an important role in the success of Verana Health.
You will report to the Sr. Director, Commercial Services and Operations and work in a hybrid setting, with regular presence at our NY office.
Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Develop deep connections with customers to exceed their expectations.
Achieve Account Growth: Support the annual renewal process and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Deliver Customer Insights: Understand customer interactions with Verana Health products to identify needs and challenges.
Engagement Strategies: Design and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work with teams across Commercial Services, Quantitative Sciences, Product, Sales, and Finance to advocate for customer needs.
Customer Advocacy: Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through exceptional support.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or account management roles.
2+ years of experience in Real World Evidence/Healthcare Data.
Prior success in a startup environment.
Experience prioritizing opportunities
Expertise in influencing clients and colleagues to resolve issues swiftly.
Location:
Within commutable distance from our NYC Office (Hybrid 2 Days in office)
Travel Expectations: Monthly customer visits.
