Tableau and Salesforce Engineer

Verana Health, a leader in digital health innovation, is seeking a Tableau and Salesforce Engineer to drive our business intelligence and application development initiatives. This role combines expertise in data visualization and Salesforce development to support our mission of leveraging real-world data in ophthalmology, neurology, and urology to enhance patient care.

As a Tableau and Salesforce Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our BI projects and Salesforce applications. You'll work across teams to develop critical operational insights and customer-facing applications.

What you get to do:

• Design and develop sophisticated Tableau dashboards and reports for operational insights
• Build and maintain applications on Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Establish and implement best practices for Salesforce application development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Product, Customer Support, and Engineering
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Tableau report building, customization, and dashboard publishing
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce administration
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems

Technical Skills

• Tableau: Advanced data visualization, dashboard design, and report creation
• Salesforce: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce
• Programming: SQL, Java (for Salesforce development)
• Integration: API development and third-party system integration
