We’re seeking a Sales Support Specialist, who will be responsible for supporting deal progression and ensuring the Company’s sales team can focus on building relationships and closing deals. This individual schedules and attends client calls, manages the sales process, prepares sales materials with marketing, and maintains sales data integrity.

What You’ll Do at Validic

  • Coordinate complex scheduling across internal teams and external stakeholders, including managing executive calendars and ensuring seamless meeting logistics
  • Attend sales team calls and client meetings to capture detailed notes, track key decisions, and ensure critical action items are documented and followed through
  • Proactively follow up with prospects and existing clients to advance deal stages, coordinate next steps, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Services, Client Experience, Product, and Legal and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and optimal client experience throughout the sales process
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to tailor and provide effective product demonstrations to senior leaders within prospective accounts
  • Prepare compelling sales materials, including slide decks and one-pagers, and collaborate with Marketing team on campaign execution and lead management
  • Maintain data integrity within the CRM through accurate contact management, opportunity updates, activity logging, pipeline reporting, and audits
  • Assist Sales team members with pipeline hygiene and review by driving deal inspection and managing forecast cadences
  • Create and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics for use by Executive and Sales teams in making strategic business decisions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Services, and Client Experience teams to identify, develop, and implement sales process, system, and strategy improvements resulting in increased productivity, efficiency, and client experience

What You'll Bring to Validic

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • At least two years of professional experience in a sales operations, client-facing, administrative, or coordination role required
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or SaaS environments preferred
  • Previous exposure to business development or client success roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and other pertinent business systems, such as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in technology, sales, client success, healthcare and business development

The Fine Print

Location: Remote U.S. Based - Our core hours are 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Reports to: Vice President, Revenue
Status: Full-Time/Exempt - No contract or contract to hire requests are being considered.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $73,500-$80,500 per year plus incentive compensation. Placement within salary range is determined by level of education, knowledge and skills, and relevant years of experience beyond the minimum job requirements. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, flexible spending accounts, equity, 401(k), and flexible time off/work schedule.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of working on a computer in various environments with multiple distractions. Must be able to travel 10% or more.
