About The Operations Manager Prescriber Services:

We are seeking a remote Operations Manager Prescriber Services to join Valera Health to help aid in our rapid growth. Be a part of a compassionate care team dedicated to elevating mental health care. We provide the technology and systems you need to work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities of an Operations Manager Prescriber Services:

  • Monitor KPI's for productivity and efficiency of prescribers and prescriber services
    • Monitor and optimize the allocation of psychiatry clinical staff to maximize efficiency and ensure optimal utilization.
    • Forecast and analyze any gaps in network supply demand across prescriber services
    • Plan case transitions upon prescriber resignation/termination and collaborates with Care Coordinators on transitions
  • Collaborate with clinical leads and HR to manage staff scheduling and availability.
  • Manage a team of Care Coordinators
  • Conduct weekly analysis of prescriber capacity by state & insurance
    • Conduct weekly root cause analysis on individual prescriber capacity and collaborate with AD’s , New Markets to execute solutions
  • Lead Prescriber POD teams
    • Responsible for prescriber POD’s and Care Coordinators demonstrating an understanding of care coordinator scope of service, and all tasks carried out on our platforms
    • Support Team Q&A throughout business hours & ad hoc support for executing workflows.
    • Review care coordinators outstanding action items on a daily basis & assist with identifying performance concerns within the Care Coordinator team.
    • Responsible for assigning & re-assigning care coordinators to new providers
    • Work Closely with AD of Operations to Identify opportunities to optimize operational workflows
  • Daily Metrics Tracking:
    • Collect, track, and analyze daily operational metrics related to patient visits, clinician performance, and appointment adherence. Provide regular reports to the management team highlighting key trends and insights
    • Support clinical leaders and internal team to compile, analyze, and hellp report on clinical quality metrics, helping to ensure compliance with established standards. Identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical processes and outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Internal Operations Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including therapy ops to align clinical operations with overall company goals. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing the telehealth mental health startup's operations, scalability, and service offerings.

Qualifications of a Operations Manager Prescriber Services

Required:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an operations role in a healthcare setting 2+ years experience leading a remote team of 10+ individuals
  • The ability to work in a matrix reporting structure
  • Strong leadership skills and exceptional project management skills
  • Experience developing KPI's and/or leading theater driven analysis
  • Proficient in excel ,PowerPoint and Google Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally in a fast pace environment
  • Strategic and creative individual who is able to proactively identify problems and implement solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines through all phases
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, communication and presentation skills

Fair work deserves fair wages. At Valera, we value this role between $65,000 - $80,000 with the potential for an annual performance bonus.
