The Sr. Operations Manager will report to the Head of Operations and will support our E2E operations. In this role, you will manage key operational initiatives and projects while partnering cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support operational excellence and business objectives.

As a Sr. Manager, Operations, you will be responsible for supporting corporate and business services functions, including administrative support, ancillary services, and business resilience initiatives. You will lead and execute project management efforts, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor projects. This role focuses on hands-on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement to ensure projects and operational initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee corporate business service functions, including administrative support and ancillary services
  • Manage business resilience and shared services to ensure operational continuity and efficiency; responsible for identifying and evaluating operational inefficiencies. Redesigns existing business processes, improving their effectiveness, enhances the workflows involved, and optimizes performance.
  • Direct project management efforts, working with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects. Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks to project delivery
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members
  • Serve as point of contact for escalated project issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related role.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively direct and guide cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
  • Requires conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Accountable for results, which may impact the entire function.
  • Demonstrable strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to identify and prioritize key initiatives.
  • Proficient in budget management, resource allocation, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of business resilience principles and practices, including risk management and continuity planning.

Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $120,000-$160,000, in addition we offer a range of benefits including:
