Licensed Inventory Specialist

The Licensed Inventory Specialist at Fuze Health plays a critical role in supporting Pharmacy Operations by managing inventory systems, maintaining accurate documentation, and optimizing inventory workflows. Working closely with Supply Chain Management and cross-functional partners, this role helps ensure efficient inventory flow, operational accuracy, and continuous process improvement—all in support of high-quality patient care within the respective FuzeRx location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and filing systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock and supplies.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Perform complete inventory counts as needed, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Receiving & Logging: Assist with receiving inventory shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
  • Supply Flow Optimization: Assess and optimize the flow of supplies through partner suppliers to improve inventory efficiency.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Ensure all inventory-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver reports to management highlighting opportunities for inventory process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain Management and other internal teams to implement best practices and process enhancements.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of inventory management experience.
  • Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
