We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Finance to join our Finance & Strategy team. In this role, you will lead initiatives that strengthen the financial foundation of Fuze Health as we scale. You’ll be responsible for driving cross-functional projects that enhance financial systems, streamline reporting and analytics, and improve how teams across the organization make data-driven decisions.
This is a highly visible role that partners closely with leaders in Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment between business goals, systems infrastructure, and financial performance. You’ll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable project plans, manage competing priorities, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that enable Fuze Health to operate efficiently and strategically.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with project management discipline and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You’ll play a key role in building scalable processes, leading systems implementations, and enabling Fuze Health’s continued growth and impact across the healthcare ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Industry Experience: Background in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS preferred.
Tools: Proficient in GSuite, Slack, and project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Financials, SAP) and financial planning platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus.

Additional Physical Job Requirements
Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is $136,000-$170,000, in addition we offer a range of benefits including:
