We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Finance to join our Finance & Strategy team. In this role, you will lead initiatives that strengthen the financial foundation of Fuze Health as we scale. You’ll be responsible for driving cross-functional projects that enhance financial systems, streamline reporting and analytics, and improve how teams across the organization make data-driven decisions.

This is a highly visible role that partners closely with leaders in Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment between business goals, systems infrastructure, and financial performance. You’ll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable project plans, manage competing priorities, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that enable Fuze Health to operate efficiently and strategically.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks that drive data accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to deliver complex projects — including ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and integration efforts — on time and within scope.
• Manage project governance, including stakeholder alignment, risk management, communication plans, and executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing scalable frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.

A Bit About You

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 7+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale financial or enterprise projects in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• 3+ years of direct project management experience leading cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives.

Industry Experience: Background in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS preferred.

Tools: Proficient in GSuite, Slack, and project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Financials, SAP) and financial planning platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience leading technology-enabled finance transformations, system integrations, or process automation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance frameworks, and data governance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.

Additional Physical Job Requirements

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $136,000-$170,000, in addition we offer a range of benefits including:
