We're excited about you because...

• You have at least two years of pharmacy technician experience.
• You have at least one year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a community/retail pharmacy setting.
• You have a clear, active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.
• You have effective communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
• You are able to adapt quickly to technological changes and implement process improvements.
• You are proficient in people management, staffing, and performance evaluation.
• You have the ability to establish metrics, reports, and dashboards to track performance and drive improvement targets.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.
