We're looking for an experienced Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations to support our Pharmacy Operations team.
As the Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the prescription processing activities of pharmacy technicians. You will lead a team of pharmacy technicians, ensuring adherence to quality, accreditation, regulatory, and efficiency standards while prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.

- You will manage staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads in order to achieve facility goals including but not limited to production, quality and safety.
- You will participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates.
- You will maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics, operating equipment, company policies and procedures.
We're excited about you because...
- You have at least two years of pharmacy technician experience.
- You have at least one year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a community/retail pharmacy setting.
- You have a clear, active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.
- You have effective communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
- You are able to adapt quickly to technological changes and implement process improvements.
- You are proficient in people management, staffing, and performance evaluation.
- You have the ability to establish metrics, reports, and dashboards to track performance and drive improvement targets.
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.
