We’re looking for an experienced Inventory Supervisor to support our Operations team.

As an Inventory Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Team by supervising a team of inventory specialists and ensuring inventory processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work cross-functionally with other teams to uphold inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain.

This position supports our Materials and Inventory Control functions and is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

You're excited about this opportunity because...

  • You will supervise daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and tracking inventory across facilities.
  • You will help implement and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy and reduce waste.
  • You will support the coordination between purchasing, production, and other departments to meet inventory demands.
  • You will analyze inventory data and assist with reporting to identify variances or issues and recommend solutions.
  • You will assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation process for inventory staff at your respective site.
  • You will train, guide, and monitor inventory staff to ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
  • You will handle HR-related issues including performance reviews, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and staff engagement initiatives, as assigned.
  • You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized inventory environment in compliance with safety standards.

We're excited about you because...

  • You have 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse supervision.
  • You are a licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio.
  • Your Pharmacy Technician license is in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
  • You have a solid understanding of inventory management systems and basic supply chain processes.
  • You are detail-oriented and capable of identifying inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead a small team.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • You have past experience in training and developing team members (preferred).

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000.
