We are looking for a Pharmacy Operations Manager to support our Pharmacy Operations team at our location in Sharonville, Ohio. This position reports to the Pharmacist in Charge and will be primarily responsible for managing a team of pharmacy technicians while working cross-functionally with other teams in the organization.

You're excited about this opportunity because...

  • You will assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation process for pharmacy technicians at your respective site
  • You will develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are competent, compliant, and up to date with pharmacy procedures and regulations.
  • You will provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • You will monitor daily pharmacy operations to maintain efficiency, safety, and adherence to company policies and state/federal laws.
  • You will collaborate with leadership to develop staffing schedules and manage labor resources.
  • You will handle HR-related issues including performance reviews, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and staff engagement initiatives, as assigned.
  • You will serve as a liaison between the pharmacy staff and upper management to facilitate clear communication and smooth operations.
  • You will contribute to operational improvements and standard operating procedure (SOP) updates.
  • You will support compliance with all regulatory agencies, including the Board of Pharmacy, OSHA, and HIPAA.

We're excited about you because...

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • You have prior experience as a pharmacy technician (strongly preferred).
    • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential a plus
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
  • You possess a strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, systems, and regulations.
  • You have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to lead by example and foster a positive, inclusive team environment.
  • You are proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and pharmacy management software.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000.
