We're looking for an experienced Licensed Inventory Specialist to support our Pharmacy Operations team. As a Licensed Inventory Specialist with Truepill, you will play a vital role in managing inventory and filing systems, ensuring accurate documentation, and optimizing inventory processes. Collaborating with Supply Chain Management, you will assess and improve inventory flows while delivering reports to management on process enhancements. Your expertise in inventory management, coupled with exceptional communication and analytical skills, will contribute to the efficiency and success of our operations.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because...

  • You will manage inventory and filing systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock and supplies.
  • You will perform complete inventory checks as needed, reconciling discrepancies and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • You will assist in receiving and logging inventory shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • You will assess and optimize the flow of supplies through partner suppliers to improve inventory management.
  • You will ensure all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • You will identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will deliver reports to management outlining opportunities for improving inventory processes and performance.
  • You will collaborate with Supply Chain Management and cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.

We're Excited About You Because...

  • You have 2-4+ years of inventory experience.
  • You have an active, unrestricted, and clear Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence
  • You have a High school diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred
  • You have experience in customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
  • You have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have exceptional organization, collaboration, and analytical abilities.
  • You demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.

Pay range: $20-$22.50/hour
