  • Own product analytics and measurement for your domain, including defining KPIs, analyzing user behavior and conversion funnels, designing customer-facing dashboards, and using data to drive prioritization and experimentation.
  • Partner with engineering to translate market and business needs into clear product requirements, ensuring high quality feature delivery and customer expectations are met.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and operations to align market needs, customer insights, and product direction while driving successful delivery.
  • Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability, promoting shared ownership of product, customer, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in product management roles in digital health or healthcare technology.
  • B2B or B2B2C product experience.
  • Demonstrated strength in product analytics and data-driven decision-making, including experience with funnels, conversion metrics, experimentation, and translating insights into product improvements.
  • Builder mindset with experience taking products from zero to one, including early discovery, validation, and scaling.
  • Strong ability to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes and align market needs with product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiar with product management best practices and tools.
  • Strong advantage: Experience working in companies selling products or platforms into pharma or life sciences organizations (e.g., market access, patient support, commercial operations).
