Stellar is looking for an Operations Associate to drive performance impact for our customers, involving cross-functional work with Product/Engineering, Business/Sales, as well as our clients (healthcare providers and insurance companies).

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in developing and ultimately implementing the rollout and engagement playbook with our clients.
  • Analyze healthcare datasets and usage of the Stellar App to drive performance management goals.
  • Liaise and support clients, with a goal of improving client performance.
  • Develop a feedback loop and collaborate with Stellar's Product and Engineering Teams to better understand users and incorporate learnings from the field.

Who you are:

  • Prior work experience in an operational, consulting, or customer success oriented role
  • You have prior healthcare experience/exposure (ideally from management consulting or project management), or strong interest in learning healthcare delivery inside and out.
  • You have experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • You are an  Excel and PowerPoint expert, and have used both tools in previous roles
  • Some exposure to any combination of SQL, Tableau, or Mode Analytics is a “plus”.
  • Customer-service orientation and a genuine desire to drive successful outcomes with our clients
  • The ability balance multiple priorities, communicate roadblocks, and work effectively within a small and nimble team
