We’re hiring a Business Analyst

This role will join our Sales & BD Team and support our sales, marketing and finance efforts. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing data and insights to many different Stellar Team members. This is our first dedicated BA hire and, while there are good data foundations in place already, you will own laying out the foundation of our data collection processes including market intelligence, administering a CRM, setting KPIs, and helping our team understand our sales and marketing efforts.

What you will do:

  • Drive business intelligence insights through reporting & data analysis
  • Build repeatable and scalable systems and processes
  • Work with the Sales/BD Team to develop and re-evaluate our go-to-market strategies
  • Develop KPIs to measure and analyze the performance of our sales approach
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for other teams across the business, as needed
  • Assist with forecasting efforts, as needed

What you need to have: 

  • 4 + years of work experience in an analytical role or 2+ year of work experience in a healthcare focused analytical role
  • Prior experience working with and supporting marketing, sales, finance or BI teams
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to turn messy data into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Experience with SQL is preferred
  • Some financial competency (or the ability to learn) is required
  • Strong collaboration and communications skills
  • Genuine desire to join, and contribute to, a small team
