Spring Health
At Spring Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. Our clinically validated technology, Precision Mental Healthcare, empowers us to deliver the right care at the right time—whether it’s therapy, coaching, medication, or beyond—tailored to each individual’s needs.
We proudly partner with over 450 companies, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading provider of mental health service, providing care for 10 million people. Our clients include brands you use and know like Microsoft, Target, and Delta Airlines, all of whom trust us to deliver best-in-class outcomes for their employees globally. With our innovative platform, we’ve been able to generate a net positive ROI for employers and we are the only company in our category to earn external validation of net savings for customers.
We have raised capital from prominent investors including Generation Investment, Kinnevik, Tiger Global, Northzone, RRE Ventures, and many more. Thanks to their partnership and our latest Series E Funding, our current valuation has reached $3.3 billion. We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.
We're hiring a Care Support Data Analyst within our Business Intelligence organization to partner closely with our Care Support team—the group at the frontline of delivering compassionate, high-quality support to members. While this is not a clinical role, it plays a critical part in improving how we connect people with mental health care by supporting the operations of our call center.
In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Care Support leadership to define and monitor the KPIs that matter most—like cost per appointment, headcount utilization, and gross margin improvement. These metrics are foundational to driving operational efficiency, member satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
But the impact goes deeper than reporting. By becoming the expert on Care Support data, you'll gain a uniquely rich understanding of where members struggle with our tools and services—often before anyone else in the company. This puts you in a powerful position to surface insights that influence product decisions and help ensure we're delivering on our mission to make mental health care more accessible, seamless, and human.
You’ll contribute to key initiatives like process automation and AI tooling by delivering reporting and scalable dashboards (primarily in Looker), but the real opportunity lies in identifying high-impact questions, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and driving the kind of clarity that leads to better experiences for both members and care teams.
You'll be part of a cross-functional data team including data scientists and analytics engineers, all working to ensure that our Care Support operations have the data they need to remove barriers to mental health care at scale.
