What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a UX Designer who is equally comfortable crafting engaging digital experiences and designing high-quality printed materials. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the overall member journey by focusing on the holistic experience that support our member engagement efforts.

• User Experience Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly digital products, including mobile and web applications, that reflect a deep understanding of our members' needs and behaviors.

• Print Design: Create visually compelling and detail-oriented print materials (catalogs, mailers, etc.) that complement our digital efforts and improve overall member experience.

• Lead a User-Centered Design Process: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure every touchpoint, whether digital or print, aligns with our user-centered vision.

• Prototype and Wireframe: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and user interactions.

• Elevate Our Member Experience : Constantly advocate for the user, ensuring that designs prioritize ease of use, accessibility, and engagement across all platforms.

• Maintain Our Brand Standards: Ensure that every design element, from typography to layout, is carefully considered, producing polished deliverables that resonate with our audience.

• Maintain Documentation: Document of brand guidelines and design decisions to ensure they are easily accessible and understood across teams.

• Build Our Data-Driven Design: Analyze user behavior data and feedback to improve the user experience while maintaining a cohesive brand presence.

About You

• Expertise in print design with a portfolio showcasing both digital and printed work.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements

• Occasional travel may be required from time to time as part of the role, for company events and business needs.
• Work Environment. Soda Health is a remote-first, distributed workforce. Candidates should be comfortable with, and equipped to work within, a distributed remote team, including having reliable internet access and basic home office equipment. Soda Health will provide a work laptop, and mouse/keyboard upon request.
