Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Contract Technical Recruiter to support a number of Engineering and AI roles. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategies and tactics required to consistently meet our hiring targets and make a significant impact on the future of our company. This full-time contract role reports directly to our Vice President of People and is based in our delightful downtown San Francisco office on 2nd Street, just above the Sweet Greens restaurant and in the shadow of Salesforce Park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Sirona's Engineering and AI teams - currently 6 open positions with more to follow next quarter
- Engage in candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation and closing
- Serve as a trusted partner to the hiring teams, aligning hiring plans with strategic goals and objectives and driving results
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and interview teams on effective strategies for attracting, evaluating, and securing top-tier candidates
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an in-house technical recruiter with a strong focus on filling software engineering positions
- Proficiency with Greenhouse
- Ability to work out of our San Francisco office. This is not a remote job
- Proven experience in high-growth, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments
- Demonstrated ownership, perseverance, and meticulous attention to detail
- A successful track record of partnering with hiring managers and their teams, influencing positive hiring outcomes, and consistently delivering exceptional candidate experiences
- The ability to discern the qualities that distinguish mediocre candidates from good candidates and good candidates from great candidates
- Proficiency in creating, customizing, and utilizing Boolean search strings and other sourcing tactics and tools to build robust candidate pipelines
- A history of maintaining an offer-to-accept ratio of 80% or higher
