We are looking for a Product Designer who can cultivate an understanding of primary care clinician needs and craft experiences that support them in this mission.

What you’ll do:

• Own visual and workflow design for several features and products

• Collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve and refine our design system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints

• Team with product management and engineering to identify product direction, feature set and behaviors for our products

• Plan and run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions

• Share and articulate your informed design decisions with team members and stakeholders

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members when appropriate

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience as a product/ux designer

• Can demonstrate understanding of product design processes from discovery to delivery, with artifacts showcasing information architecture, user experience, and interaction design

• Understanding of product design systems thinking and interaction patterns

• Proficiency with industry standard design tools: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, etc

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in healthtech or healthcare a plus

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $85,000-105,000 and we anticipate that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range. Compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by the candidate’s unique combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. This role is also eligible for employee benefits and other compensation.
