As an Associate Director, Growth, you’ll drive profitable acquisition growth across Ro’s sexual health, dermatology, and fertility businesses. You’ll serve as the quarterback driving prioritization and execution across the full paid channel mix, including paid social, search, YouTube/online video, affiliate, creator/celebrity partnerships and offline (TV, audio, podcasts), working closely with channel managers to plan, prioritize, and deliver results within CPA and payback/LTV guardrails. This role is highly cross-functional and collaborative.
You’ll work closely with channel managers, designers, copywriters, product marketers and others to drive forward new patient acquisition and business results for the Sexual Health, Dermatology and Fertility categories. In particular, you’ll have a strong performance creative orientation and will direct a high performing and scalable creative pipeline to provide our paid channels with an ample volume of assets to fuel performance.
Reporting into Ro’s SVP, Growth, this is both an individual contributor and a leadership role on Ro’s Growth team that will have dotted line oversight to channel managers, CRM leads and other Growth team members dedicated to the Sexual Health, Dermatology and Fertility (SDF) categories.

The target base salary for this position ranges from $168,300 to $200,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
