We are seeking a Principal Technical Recruiter, Strategic Hiring to join our dynamic Talent team, focused on hiring the top 1% of engineering talent that will take our Tech org to the next level and help drive Ro’s next chapter of growth. We are not playing a volume game; it’s about finding the best of the best talent, the 10xers. We are looking for a seasoned and strategic recruiter who enjoys the hunt of going after passive, high-caliber talent and knows what it takes to identify, attract, and engage them.
This position requires an expert recruiter who comes from top-tier executive recruiting firms with a vast network, exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence.
In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with a highly engaged tech org leadership team, acting as a true talent advisor to the business. Your focus will be on partnering closely with Ro Tech leaders to develop a strategic and proactive approach to hiring, shaping how we attract, assess, and close world-class talent.
This is a NYC based role and requires two days onsite.
The target base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
