RightSite Health
Administration
San Antonio, TX, USA
Across the country, over half of medical 911 calls aren’t life-threatening, yet the system still defaults to one response: an ambulance ride and an ER visit. We get the panic of an urgent moment that isn’t a true emergency. People still need a clear, safe next step—right now.
RightSite brings an ER physician and a navigator onto the 911 call in real time to assess the situation, guide non-emergency callers to the right care, and keep EMS units available when they’re truly needed. In this role, you help us partner with EMS in dispatch and in the field to support real-time clinical decision-making for non-emergent patients. The result is faster access to appropriate care, more capacity for true emergencies, and lower cost for patients, EMS, and health plans. So, callers with true emergencies get help faster, and communities move toward better outcomes at a lower cost.
RightSite Health is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and broader leadership team. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a highly strategic position for someone who knows how to create leverage for executives, bring order to complexity, and help a growing organization operate at its best.
The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and relentlessly organized. You naturally think several steps ahead, anticipate needs before they arise, and create solutions others have not yet considered. You are equally comfortable coordinating logistics, preparing executive communications, managing sensitive matters, and driving strategic initiatives to completion. You bring maturity, sound judgment, business acumen, and a calm presence in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and excellence matters.
At RightSite Health, we are big believers in competencies. Competencies are different from technical skills or experience. Technical skills describe the 'what' you do, whereas competencies describe 'how' you do it. Following is a list of competencies required for success in this role.
Strategic Foresight & Judgement: Anticipates needs, sees around corners, prioritizes effectively, and uses sound judgement to act independently or escalate when needed.
Operational Excellence: Creates structure, systems, and repeatable processes that increase speed, clarity, and effectiveness in a fast-moving environment.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: Navigates ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex challenges with resourcefulness, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Communication & Relationship Building: Produces polished communications and builds trusted, credible relationships across executives, employees, partners, and external stakeholders.
Ownership & Confidentiality: Takes personal accountability for outcomes, follows through consistently, and handles sensitive information with maturity, integrity, and discretion.
We hire extraordinary employees who thrive in an environment based on our 6 Guiding Values. Benefits of working with us include:
At RightSite Health, we do more than profess our values. We practice them through an agreed-upon and shared set of behaviors that make up our DNA. We are clear about what is important to us, and we take care that our intentions, words, thoughts, and behaviors align with those values.
● Teamwork: We have the courage to ask for help and fearlessly share information with team members. We are driven to help each other and share in the wins and losses.
● Integrity: We are respectful, genuine, and openly hear and speak the truth. We are confident in our own abilities, but we think of others first.
● Customer Focus: We deliver value and treat our customers with the same care, compassion, and empathy we would expect ourselves. We are committed to improving the lives of our customers, their customers, and each other.
● Tenacity: We recognize ambiguity and discomfort are part of success, and approach change with positivity. We accept adversity, overcome obstacles, and never give up.
● Ownership: We take personal accountability for our actions and results and focus on solving the problem instead of assigning blame. We are free to place bets and embrace failure for its feedback and experiences.
● Critical Thinking: We start with why, listen carefully and investigate thoroughly before drawing conclusions. We think slow, not fast, in search of elegant and simple solutions.
