ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As the Manager, Field & Campaign Marketing, you will play a key role in designing and executing integrated campaigns and field marketing strategies that drive demand, accelerate sales pipeline progression, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a proactive marketer with the ability to manage in-person and digital events, collaborate closely with sales, and execute high-impact campaigns aligned with business objectives.

You are experienced in field marketing, event strategy, and campaign execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are highly skilled at managing projects from concept to completion. You bring a data-driven mindset and know how to turn insights into action that drives measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute integrated field and campaign marketing strategies that support pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer retention across key markets.
  • Manage the execution of marketing programs, including industry events, trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to align programs with revenue goals across segments and regions.
  • Lead event logistics, including vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, content coordination, and on-site support.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign and event effectiveness.
  • Manage promotional items for campaigns, events, and customer engagement.
  • Research industry events and sponsorship opportunities aligned with Reveleer’s target audience.
  • Support ABM strategies by aligning field and campaign initiatives with broader go-to-market motions.
  • Foster relationships with vendors, industry partners, and event organizers to extend brand reach.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time and within budget.
  • Bring creativity and innovation to field and campaign marketing, adapting to industry trends and evolving customer needs.
  • Contribute to team growth and cross-functional collaboration to support broader demand generation goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact events and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of demand generation, ABM, and multi-channel campaign strategies.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance data and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems
  • Experience managing vendor contracts and event budgets.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare technology industry, specifically within Payers, Providers, Risk Adjustment or Quality Improvement, is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
