Job Summary:

Qualified Health is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager consultant to drive cross-functional execution, ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical programs. This role requires strong technical acumen, program execution expertise, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycles. You will develop program roadmaps, track risks, optimize processes, and collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional execution across multiple technical projects/workstreams.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and technical dependencies.
• Track and report program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage program budget, resource allocation, and technical trade-offs.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and automation.
• Facilitate alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.
• Run program-level meetings such as Sprint Planning, Standups, and Retrospectives.
• Maintain technical program documentation, including architecture dependencies and key milestones.
• Identify and resolve cross-team blockers and bottlenecks.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across engineering workstreams.
• Track sprint-level risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Drive coordination of bug identification, prioritization, and resolution.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to track team capacity and resource allocation.
• Identify technical constraints and manage workload distribution across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Delivery manager, or Release manager or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with engineering teams and managing complex technical programs.
• Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Desirable Skills:

• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in the healthcare technology, AI, SaaS platforms, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
