About the Role:

The Marcomms team is seeking a proactive Senior Performance Marketer to design, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid and owned channels to drive measurable growth in database acquisition amongst healthcare providers and patients. This role will shape demand generation strategy, build scalable systems, and partner cross-functionally to accelerate Medlive’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media & Acquisition

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, media, publishers, communities and other channels
  • Build email acquisition systems, landing pages, lead capture flows, and nurture funnels with clear attribution

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Run rapid experiments to test creative, copy, channels, and audience segmentation
  • Measure and iterate on performance using CAC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports to drive clarity across the team
  • Partner with marketing analytics to track funnel performance, attribution, and KPIs

Systems & Process

  • Create scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows for sustainable demand generation
  • Evaluate and manage tools including and r analytics platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with content marketers, design, and product to develop cohesive campaigns and messaging
  • Incorporate feedback from marketing operations to refine targeting and positioning
  • Collaborate on marketing assets, product positioning, and conversion optimization

About You

  • 5–7 years in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing
  • Experience in healthcare/health education/health tech preferred
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and scale multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
  • Creative, experimental, and curious; comfortable testing ideas and iterating quickly
  • Skilled with analytics tools and ESPs
  • Strong copyediting instincts with an audience-first approach to messaging
  • Highly organized with attention to detail; thrives in remote-first, fast-paced environments
  • Experience marketing to HCPs, patients, or within healthcare ecosystems
