PlatformQ Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The HR Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating various HR processes and procedures within the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and other HR administrative tasks. The Specialist will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job portals, social media, referrals, and job fairs.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and background screenings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation to familiarize employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Coordinate training sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new employees during their onboarding process and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Performance Management:

  • Assist with the implementation and administration of performance management processes
  • Maintain performance review schedules and ensure timely completion of reviews
  • Provide support to managers and employees on performance management processes and tools

Track and analyze performance data for reporting purposes
Employee Relations:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with current employees to ensure a positive work culture.
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employees.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
