• Be the Penguin Ai Ambassador: You’ll be the face of Penguin Ai in your region – part evangelist, part strategist, and occasionally, part therapist for overwhelmed prospects
• Own the Whole Damn Cycle: From the initial handshake to the celebratory close, you’ll command the full sales cycle within payer / provider organisations – insurance giants, hospitals, massive medical groups, and yes, even those decision-by-committee deathmatches
• Strategise with the Best: Partner directly with our awesome CRO to sculpt our go-to-market strategy. You’re not just following the map, you’re actually helping draw it
• Problem-First Pitcher: Lead conversations that start with the real-world business problems our clients face, not with a flurry of buzzwords
• Translator of Brilliance: decode our platform’s incredible tech-y genius into clear, compelling, jaw dropping value for every single buyer persona
• CRM Wizard: Your CRM isn’t a chore; it’s your tactical weapon. You’ll wield it to deliver insights, forecasts, and learnings – cutting through noise to find the signal
