As a Growth Marketing Associate at Parsley Health, you’re responsible for our E-commerce business end-to-end, perks, partnerships, promotions and events.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the supplements P&L at Parsley, including revenue (marketing, conversion, and assortment) and costs (operating and product margin), ensuring a high-quality experience for our members and customers
  • Lead supplements operations (e-commerce frontend, back-end, logistics, and vendors) and determine the future state of fulfillment/3PL
  • Plan the supplements business in partnership with FP&A, identifying and prioritizing the highest-leverage opportunities for improvement
  • Work with Clinical and Member Experience teams to provide satisfactory responses to customers’ questions.
  • Vet potential partners, nurture relationships, and coordinate mutually beneficial promos/events for Parsley’s perks
  • In partnership with Front of House staff, develop and market key events for our centers in NYC and LA
  • Execute promotions and related campaigns, in partnership with Lifecycle Marketing team

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years marketing, project management and/ or ecommerce experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong project management frameworks in a fast-paced environment

Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees.

The starting salary for this role is between $63,750 - $75,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with candidates during the process.
