About The Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Growth Strategy Analyst/Manager to drive data-informed decision making across our markets and service lines. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, and business development—supporting organizational growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring we deliver exceptional clinical and patient outcomes at scale. We’re searching for a mission-aligned leader who is excited to build at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and human-centered design — helping to reimagine how maternity care is delivered at scale.

This team member will be responsible for designing and executing the strategies and processes that enable Oula to grow into new markets quickly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standard of care and an exceptional patient experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that will liaise across teams and functions, surfacing and solving barriers to scale. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, has a bias for systems thinking, and wants to have a lasting impact on how care is delivered nationwide. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias toward action.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Performance Analytics

  • Analyze and report on key operational metrics and performance trends across Oula’s markets and service lines. Critical analyses include:
  • Market capacity and demand planning, utilization / productivity targets and opportunities for efficiency, optimal schedule design
  • Patient retention and sentiment analysis to identify opportunities to evolve care model, messaging, marketing, etc.
  • Driver-based revenue growth opportunities for market P&L: volume growth, RCM, service mix, etc
  • Develop new reporting and dashboard tools to better monitor and manage critical KPIs like patient volume, provider productivity, retention, scheduling efficiency, etc.
  • Use data to distill key insights, identify and prioritize areas for operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Clinical, Marketing, Rev Cycle, to implement critical improvements.

Business Development / Sales Enablement

  • Own the financial and operational modeling that underpins new partnerships and renewal contracts
  • Partner with BD, Finance, and Ops to build business cases, test assumptions, and support critical BD conversations
  • Support in translating deal structures into scalable operating models for new markets and vice versa

Strategic Planning and Special Projects

  • Support with Annual and Quarterly planning, ensuring alignment and razor-sharp focus across the entire organization. Support critical stakeholder communications with health system partners, investors/board, etc.
  • Inform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections through ongoing historical analysis, evaluation of trends and new initiatives, market TAM analysis, etc.
  • Own and lead critical strategic projects focused on:
    • Scalable and efficient operations for lean teams
    • Targeted market P&L improvements and pilots

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, etc.) a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, or operations roles at high-growth companies
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; comfortable modeling and drawing insights from data (Excel required/ SQL a plus)
  • Excellent communicator who can synthesize complex insights into actionable recommendations for all audiences
  • Self-starter with high bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to dive into details
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
  • Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes through innovation and scale

Oula offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, and comprehensive benefits. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
