Marketing Designer

About the Role

Oshi Health is looking for a Marketing Designer to join our Patient Marketing team and support the creation of on-brand, high-quality marketing assets across multiple channels. While you’ll primarily design digital and print assets to drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention, you’ll also have an opportunity to flex your design skills to support occasional assets for commercial buyers.

The Marketing Designer reports to Oshi’s Senior Designer and collaborates closely with content writers, product designers, commercial leads, and other cross-functional partners to execute production design work that supports growth initiatives.

This is a full-time role ideal for someone looking to apply their design skills within a digital health organization, thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, and bring a collaborative, marketing-minded approach to their work.

Our Design Tools & Process

Design work is supported by established systems and clear workflows designed for speed and consistency.

  • Figma is the primary design tool for all production work, templates, and reviews
  • Work is managed through ClickUp with intake, prioritization, and feedback workflows
  • Designers have access to Getty stock image and video libraries to support efficient asset creation
  • Design systems, components, and shared libraries are actively maintained to support consistency and scalability

What You’ll Do:

Production Design & Ownership

  • You’ll own day-to-day production design work across patient marketing channels, managing requests from intake through final delivery.
  • Own assigned production design tasks submitted through ClickUp, including:
    • Partner marketing assets
    • Blog article visuals
    • Layout updates and QA reviews
  • Manage requests end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-brand execution
  • Support project-based deliverables such as:
    • Digital PDFs and gated content formatting
    • Asset adaptations across channels
    • Supporting creative assets for social and brand
  • Adapt and resize existing designs to meet channel-specific requirements while maintaining brand integrity
  • Consistently apply established brand guidelines and ensure compliance with partner guidelines when applicable

Social and Evolving Channels

Marketing channels and formats continue to evolve, and this role should be comfortable adapting work accordingly to support channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other new brand channels under the guidance of the Senior Designer

  • The role is focused on production design and there are opportunities to support motion graphics or video adaptations for social posts and patient education, including creating motion graphics from vector artwork and selecting footage for social media edits
  • Interest in motion graphics and video editing is a strong plus.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to support efficient, high-quality execution.

  • Work closely with content, partner, growth, and commercial teams to execute design needs consistently and on time
  • Apply brand guidelines, templates, and systems with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and patient experience
  • Execute work under the guidance of a Senior Designer, incorporating art direction, feedback, and prioritization support
  • Proactively flag missing inputs, inconsistencies, or risks to quality or timelines
  • Support cross-functional teams, including the commercial team, with assets such as case studies, LinkedIn content, and patient education materials

Process & Team Contribution

This role is deeply embedded in production workflows and contributes to continuous process improvement.

  • Maintain strong task hygiene in ClickUp, including clear status updates and delivery notes
  • Contribute to improving templates, shared libraries, and repeatable workflows over time
  • Build independence and confidence in execution while developing toward mid-level responsibilities, supported by established systems and senior guidance

Who you are:

  • 2–6 years of professional design experience (freelance experience welcome)
  • Strong foundational design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, and spacing
  • Proficiency in Figma, including working with components and shared libraries
  • Ability to execute landing page updates in a CMS such as WordPress, working within existing templates and layouts
  • Familiarity with email and web design best practices
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Basic understanding of accessibility principles (contrast, readability, hierarchy)
  • Ability to work efficiently within established brand systems and templates
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong file organization habits
  • Comfort managing multiple production tasks simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries
  • Strong skills in motion graphics or video editing
