Growth Product Manager – Patient Acquisition

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Growth Product Manager to lead our patient acquisition journey—an essential pillar of our growth strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity for a creative and data-driven Product Manger to make an impact, working cross-functionally with marketing and product leadership to optimize our patient sign-up process and drive sustained growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the Patient Onboarding Journey: Lead the development and optimization of our sign-up funnel and activation experiences, working closely with the marketing team to ensure a smooth and engaging process for patients joining Oshi Health.
  • Data-Driven Product Development: Analyze experimental results, identify growth opportunities, and iterate on product changes that enhance patient acquisition and activation, using data to inform decisions at every step.
  • Hypothesis-Driven Growth: Uncover barriers to patient sign-up and activation through continuous experimentation and validation, driving product decisions that remove obstacles and accelerate our patient’s to “get started” with Oshi Health.
  • Collaborative Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with a dedicated squad (engineering, design, QA, analytics) to deliver features with speed and precision, maintaining a high standard of quality in everything we ship.
  • Establish & Evangelize Growth Strategy: Develop and communicate the product growth strategy, including roadmap and prioritization, to internal stakeholders, aligning on key initiatives based on their potential impact.
  • Product Expert for Sign-Up Touchpoints: Serve as the subject matter expert on all patient sign-up touchpoints, driving awareness and understanding of our product growth initiatives across the company.

Who you are:

You have 3 years of demonstrated experience in product management, with a strong focus on driving growth (ideally) in the healthcare space.

  • Growth-Focused Product Manager: You are comfortable leading and optimizing sign-up funnels, with a deep understanding of user acquisition and onboarding.
  • Analytical Mindset: You excel at interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights. You are adept at data visualization techniques and can easily spot patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement in product performance.
  • Experimentation Expert: You have hands-on experience running growth experiments, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and funnel optimization. You know how to iterate quickly and effectively based on experimental results.
  • Metric-Driven Decision Maker: You thrive on using data to inform decisions, driving product growth with clear metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks. You’re highly skilled at monitoring and interpreting key performance indicators to assess the success of your initiatives.
  • User-Centric Approach: You have an in-depth understanding of user behavior and segmentation, which you leverage to personalize the product experience and meet the needs of different patient groups.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Optimizely, Segment, Fullstory) to track, analyze, and optimize performance. You have a strong command of product tracking and can dive into data with ease.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and are a natural at aligning teams around a shared growth vision.
  • Prioritization Pro: You have the ability to effectively prioritize growth initiatives, balancing short-term gains with long-term product goals, and turning insights into actionable results.
  • Product Development Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and are experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies. You know how to guide a product squad to deliver high-quality work at speed.

Compensation Range
$95,000$120,000 USD
