Who You Are

You are a passionate professional eager to join a dynamic start-up dedicated to empowering primary care providers (PCPs) to transform healthcare in rural communities. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in working with health plans and providers within value-based care settings. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are committed to advancing primary care. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Who We Are

Oasis Health Partners (Oasis) is building healthier communities by advancing primary care. We partner with patients, providers and plans to provide personalized, local care for seniors in towns across America. We believe that patient needs come first, and that primary care is the foundation of patient-centric healthcare. With Oasis, patients receive better access and care. Providers receive the data, resources, and expertise to be successful in value-based care arrangements. Payors get the benefit of a solution that improves performance, drives growth, and reduces the total cost of care in hard-to-engage markets.

Together, we will boldly advance primary care for those that need it most. We are excited for you to join us on this journey. We invite you to be a part of Oasis, where you’ll discover we do the right thing, build things together and go all in --- while having fun!

About You

You're experienced in owning complex, cross-organizational implementation initiatives and ongoing platform operations critical to an organization's success. This role goes beyond individual implementations to define structure, escalation paths, vendor partnerships, and internal operating models that support providers and internal teams at scale.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager of Implementation to 1) lead management of our point-of-care tooling with providers (currently utilizing Cozeva as our platform) and 2) support other large-scale rollouts across our markets or internally. This is an illustrative and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities – as an ideal candidate, we are looking for someone who will be willing to jump in where Oasis needs support!

As a Senior Manager of Implementation, you will:

  • Own and lead end-to-end implementations inclusive of testing and QA functions for new tools or offerings at Oasis, ensuring consistent execution and outcomes
  • Serve as point of escalation for implementation issues, including vendor performance (e.g., Cozeva), platform limitations, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Own oversight of ongoing operational support and optimization of Cozeva, Oasis’s VBC platform, supporting internal risk and quality workflows and provider enablement
  • Design and evolve implementation playbooks, governance models, and operating rhythms aligned to senior manager–level product competencies
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure implementations align with product strategy and business outcomes
  • Drive vendor accountability, contract alignment, and performance management
  • Provide executive-level updates, risk assessments, and recommendations

Investment In Our Team

We take care of our people and offer robust benefits including medical, dental, vision and generous time off plans. We are committed to supporting your growth with a development program that starts with onboarding and continues throughout your career. As an inclusive, passionate and diverse team, you will partner with professionals who understand the importance of high-value, high-impact patient care.

We invite you to be a part of Oasis Health, where you’ll discover we listen first, build things together, always do the right thing, have fun and most importantly, are all in!

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, data science, or a related field
  • 7+ years' experience in large scale implementations and rolling out business processes at the enterprise level within a healthcare setting
  • 5 + years/strong understanding of Medicare Advantage programs and value-based care models; risk adjustment, quality, and revenue cycle management is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing initiatives effectively
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation building/delivering skills, with the ability to agilely adapt to the respective audience (team member to senior leadership) – including simplifying and communicating complex ideas to broad audiences
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, and similar products
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Experience with point-of-care tools and integrations, internal or vendor (e.g., Cozeva) is a plus
  • Experience with a wide array of EMR types and projects (integrations, testing, provider workflows) is a plus
