Who You Are

You are passionate about improving the healthcare system and finding innovative ways to enable patients to receive the care they deserve. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy solving difficult problems!

Who We Are

Oasis Health Partners (Oasis) is building healthier communities by advancing primary care. We partner with patients, providers and plans to provide personalized, local care for seniors in towns across America. We believe that patient needs come first, and that primary care is the foundation of patient-centric healthcare. With Oasis, patients receive better access and care. Providers receive the data, resources and expertise to be successful in value-based care arrangements. Payers get the benefit of a solution that improves performance, drives growth and reduces the total cost of care in hard-to-engage markets.

Together, we will boldly advance primary care for those that need it most. We are excited for you to join us on this journey. We invite you to be a part of Oasis, where you’ll discover we listen first, do the right thing, build things together and go all in --- while having fun!

The Clinical team at Oasis delivers measurable wins for patients, providers and the company. We create clinical programs that improve patient experience and outcomes - fewer unnecessary ED visits, safer transitions home, earlier intervention before deterioration - while also serving our providers and bending the medical expense curve.

Your Role

The Director of Clinical Strategy and Operations will lead the strategy, build, launch, operationalization, scale and long-term success of new clinical initiatives and products, iterating on the operations in partnership with our market and Patient Engagement Center Teams. This is an individual contributor role.

You will work closely with clinical leadership to take an initiative and bring it to life, designing the strategy, clinical, data, and operational model and partnering with the data scientists and relevant operational teams to stand up the program.

  • For owned programs, you’ll get in the weeds of operationalizing a new program. Aligning on care models, workflows, and working directly with our engagement team, account managers, and providers to resolve issues.
  • For vended programs, you’ll work with our vendors to enable the program, whether building the campaign out in our telephony vendor or writing specification documents for vendor engineering teams to build out.

You’ll act in a data product role for the initiatives you lead – working with the data scientists to spec our requirements and prioritize. Finally, you’ll build market-facing materials and train our market teams to advocate for the program successfully. As needed, you’ll join conversations with providers to support program education.

You will scale and own the success of these programs and act as a general manager for the programs you create, proactively monitoring them for success and looking for opportunities to improve their impact and efficiency.

You will also take on:

  1. Ongoing clinical operations and strategy, whether it’s investigating an area of high utilization, identifying root causes, and recommending next steps or supporting the development and roll-out of function targets for the new year.
  2. Product management for clinical platforms / products, like HubSpot

The first 6 to 12 months will be heavily focused on developing core clinical initiatives and evaluating the potential of new ones. Here are some examples of what our team is tackling:

  • Optimizing and scaling high risk patient management
  • Optimizing and running high-cost patient rounding
  • Product management for clinical platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Evaluating and recommending whether we should pursue programs for certain specialty conditions; implementing those you recommend we pursue

About You

  • A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited school
  • 7+ years of applicable experience in healthcare, population health, health care providers, or strategy consulting; prior experience in a start-up is a plus
  • Strong ownership mentality – excited to create programs from the ground up and own their success longitudinally.
  • Passion for operationalizing programs and optimizing them for efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, confidence, and credibility across a wide range of stakeholders (operations, clinicians, product, data)
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously drive efficiency and process improvement, automation, and manage multiple projects
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and analytics. Comfort in Excel with ability to independently analyze data to do root-cause analysis of successes or barriers; experience identifying relevant data points required to understand program success
  • Experience building and communicating slide decks to drive strategic decision-making and provide project updates
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills and comfort project-managing large cross-functional initiatives
  • Success in a fast-moving environment such as consulting, strategy, high-growth or early-stage startup

Investment In Our Team

We invite you to be a part of Oasis Health, where you will discover we listen first, build things together, always do the right thing, have fun and most importantly, are all in!
