Who You Are

You are a strategic, systems-oriented leader who thrives on building scalable, tech-enabled solutions to complex operational challenges. You are passionate about transforming traditional revenue cycle processes through automation, AI, and data-driven innovation. You have a track record of designing and implementing models that improve financial performance, streamline workflows, and support clinical teams. You’re excited to build something new and impactful—and you’re all in to make healthcare better.

Who We Are

Oasis Health Partners (Oasis) is building healthier communities by advancing primary care. We partner with patients, providers, and plans to provide personalized, local care for seniors in towns across America. We believe that patient needs come first, and that primary care is the foundation of patient-centric healthcare. With Oasis, patients receive better access and care. Providers receive the data, resources, and expertise to be successful in value-based care arrangements. Payors get the benefit of a solution that improves performance, drives growth, and reduces the total cost of care in hard-to-engage markets.

Together, we will boldly advance primary care for those that need it most. We are excited for you to join us on this journey. We invite you to be a part of Oasis, where you’ll discover we listen first, do the right thing, build things together and go all in --- while having fun!

Your Role

Oasis is building an AI-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) offering as a core pillar of our Enablement Services for independent and community-based primary care. We are adding a Sr. Director to take full ownership of RCM: hire a lean team, design and ship the model and tooling, run pilots next year (2026) and lead a phased rollout across our six-state footprint. The mandate is straightforward—reduce manual work, eliminate leakage and lift collections—so practices can focus on care.

As Senior Director of RCM, you will:

  • Design & Build (0→1): Architect the end-to-end, tech-enabled RCM model (process, controls, data flows) aligned to value-based care and MA requirements.
  • AI as Leverage: Deploy practical AI/automation (coding assist, claim scrubbing, eligibility, denials prediction, payment posting) to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Productize the Service: Package workflows into a clear offering for practices with SLAs, playbooks, and dashboards.
  • Pilot Execution: Stand up pilots, measure impact, and iterate quickly with support from cross functional team members.
  • Scale & Change Management: Lead phased rollout, training, and adoption across markets.
  • Payer & Compliance: Drive denials/appeals programs, payer engagement, and compliance-by-design.
  • Data & KPIs: Partner with Product/Data to deliver dashboards and a single source of truth for practice management and performance improvement
  • Team & Vendors: Hire a small, high-caliber team; make build/buy/partner decisions; set and enforce SLAs.

What Success Looks Like

  • Pilots delivered on time with quantified ROI and a documented scale playbook.
  • Design & Build (Q1–Q2 2026): Hire the core team, finalize vendor selection, design operating model and pilot plans, and define pricing model
  • Pilot & Prove (Q2–Q3 2026): Launch 3–5 pilots in two states with clear KPI gates. Measure outcomes and refine process as needed, and form case studies
  • Prepare to Scale (Q4 2026): Form case studies, train teams, and plan a broader network roll out strategy for 2027
  • Scale & Deploy (Q1 2027): Phased rollout across the network
  • Measurable improvements in DSO, clean claim rate, FPR, denial rate, net collection rate vs. baseline.
  • Lean, high-performing team hired; vendor SLAs met; strong practice satisfaction.
