Role Overview

The Solution Advisor owns end-to-end success for new client implementations and new product rollouts. This role acts as an advisor to our clients throughout the implementation and post-live support phases, proactively identifying and recommending changes to the client’s processes and coding practices to align with Nym and industry best practices. Additionally, this role ensures Nym’s autonomous coding engine is configured correctly for each client’s workflows, validated rigorously, and stabilized prior to full production throughput. The Solution Advisor serves as the primary decision owner for go-live readiness and early-life performance, balancing speed, quality, and compliance while partnering closely with Product, Audit Operations, Compliance, and vendor teams.

  • Design and document client-specific engine configurations, including rules, workflows, exception handling, and escalation preferences.
  • Ensure configurations align with compliance standards and client expectations through audit validation and discussions with clients.

Validation, Go-Live Readiness & Early-Life Stability

  • Define validation and testing plans with clear acceptance criteria, aligning to client guidelines.
  • Serve as the final decision owner for go-live compliance approval based on readiness gates and validation results.
  • Monitor early-life performance, identify configuration drift, and coordinate tuning and calibration efforts with internal and vendor teams.

Standardization & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and maintain reusable implementation playbooks, configuration templates, and validation frameworks, in partnership with the Director of Implementation.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate learnings into standardized processes.
  • Drive reduction of repeat implementation issues through documentation and pattern recognition.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Product Management and Product QA to translate non-configurable issues into clear, evidence-backed product requirements.
