Description

Nym transforms revenue cycle management by fully automating the medical coding process. Our autonomous medical coding engine deciphers clinical language in patient charts and accurately assigns medical codes in seconds and with zero human intervention.

The Growth Development Representative will be part of Nym’s Commercial team, and report to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations. They will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation and qualification, and event/conference logistics. The role will require a self-starter with a passion for growing businesses, and who can operate effectively in a startup.

Role and Responsibilities:

Nym is seeking a Growth Development Representative to join our growing commercial team. This is a NYC-based position, with a requirement of being within the office 1-2 days per week on average. You will be responsible for:

  • Collaboration: work closely with all members of the Growth & Marketing teams, creating compelling messaging and sales targeting strategies, and ensuring smooth transitions of opportunities to the Growth team
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (e.g. email, calls, social media)
  • Market Research: conduct overall market research and target account research to refine Nym’s go-to-market strategy
  • Lead Generation: Identification and prospecting of leads through outbound sales activities, using personalized outreach strategies that target decision-makers
  • Lead Qualification: Qualification of marketing-derived sales leads by assessing their fit within Nym’s product offerings
  • Account-Based Selling: Identify and develop key strategies for specific customers and market segments (e.g. "cracking the account")
  • Event and Conferences: assist in the planning and logistical support of Nym’s conferences and events throughout the year, as well as representing Nym in person to communicate Nym’s differentiators and value to healthcare providers
  • Technology: use a variety of tools (HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to research accounts, identify decision-makers, and create interest to create opportunities
  • Travel: The ability to travel 15% of the time, mainly at revenue cycle/finance healthcare conferences throughout the year

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (experience in healthcare technology or SaaS sales desired).
  • Strong written communicator who can create customer-facing materials (e.g., email sequences)
  • Desire to introduce and drive disruptive solutions to help customers evolve and transform healthcare
  • Ability to work independently with high tenacity
  • Passion for early stage Healthcare Technology industry and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Experience conducting outreach to healthcare providers is highly desirable

Approximate expected On Target Earnings (OTE) of $100,000 - $110,000. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location, education, and ideal qualifications.
