Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineer to join our go-to-market team. As a Solutions Engineer at Notable, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new market growth by aligning our groundbreaking healthcare technology solutions with the unique needs of healthcare providers, payors, and enterprises. You’ll help transform complex problems into innovative, AI-driven solutions that improve patient care at scale while directly impacting the company’s growth and long-term success. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to understand customer needs, configure high impact solution concepts leveraging Notable’s platform capabilities, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and support the acceleration of new business deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own technical sales deliverables by mastering our competitive landscape; highlight product differentiation, articulate value propositions, and assist in defining technical solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Provide front-end sales support, creating and presenting customized product demonstrations to convert leads into qualified opportunities

  • Excel in delivering impactful, tailored demonstrations at client sites, showcasing our product's value and addressing specific client needs, including an understanding of their existing enterprise systems

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to develop and refine demo environments, scripts, presentation decks, technical documentation, and other materials that effectively highlight our product's strengths

  • Support the sales process, working closely with internal team members, prospects, and current customers to effectively communicate our product's value throughout the sales cycle

  • Contribute to solution marketing efforts such as the creation of net new materials for net new solutions

  • Address initial product inquiries and articulate product-related issues for resolution with our Product and Engineering teams, serving as the interface between Product and Partnerships

  • Address initial implementation and scoping inquiries, serving as the interface between Delivery and Partnerships

  • Support new and ongoing Proof of Concepts/Pilots to showcase our product's capabilities and benefits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3-5 years of Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering experience in a SaaS/PaaS environment

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including experience with key healthcare IT systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner), Practice Management Systems, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).

  • Exceptional demo skills with a proven track record of delivering impactful product demonstrations to executive-level audiences

  • Strong ability to connect customer business problems with software solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including a location in a major domestic airline hub city
