About the Role

At NOCD, our mission is to improve access to life-changing, evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. As an Inbound Referral Lead (Inside Sales), you will play a vital role as the first point of contact for new members referred by one of our national clinical partners.

You’ll combine patient advocacy and inside sales expertise to help members and families understand NOCD’s services, complete the intake process, and get them started with life-changing care. This position requires a rare combination of empathy, multi-tasking and owning a key performance indicator (KPI). You’ll be a great fit if you are a strong communicator, have multitasking skills, experience working with CRMs and workflows, and the ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a queue of inbound referrals from clinical partners across the U.S., ensuring timely follow-up, accurate scheduling, and thoughtful communication tailored to each referral.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics on a daily basis to track progress and identify trends.
  • Serve as the first impression of NOCD, providing an empathetic and professional experience to all members and families.
  • Conduct intake calls with prospective members, educating them on NOCD’s services, and guiding them through scheduling appointments.
  • Build strong relationships with members and referral partners by clearly articulating the value of NOCD’s ERP therapy and care model.
  • Maintain accurate data and workflows within the CRM to support team efficiency, growth, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes, support growth initiatives, and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling goals.
  • Full ownership of all inbound referral data analytics processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
  • Provide real-time feedback and data-driven coaching to individual team members.
  • Translate data insights into clear, strategic actions to drive team and business performance.
  • Inspire and empower team members to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in intake, inside sales, customer success, or a related field where you worked to achieve a goal.
  • Proven ability to engage members with empathy while driving growth in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems, including CRMs, simultaneously.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and other performance metrics, with the ability to use data to drive team and business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive team and business performance.
  • Motivational and collaborative mindset, capable of inspiring team members to consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage both scheduled calls and referral follow-ups.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and adapts easily to new processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a tailored, empathetic, and professional style.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CT
