About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Partner Operations to lead the day-to-day operational performance and health of our key partner accounts. You’ll work closely with health plans, PACE programs, and hospital systems, ensuring seamless implementation, issue resolution, and ongoing program delivery.
You’ll play a critical role in building strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, while driving operational excellence, partner satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
🌐 Partner Management
- Own day-to-day operations for assigned health plan and PACE partners
- Support initiatives and operational workflows for hospital system partners
- Lead partner onboarding and ongoing execution of new and existing programs
- Monitor and manage partner satisfaction, program health, and key deliverables
🤝 Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for operational matters with assigned partners
- Build strong relationships with mid-to-senior level leaders at partner organizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, sales, product, and tech teams
📊 Issue & Performance Management
- Proactively manage partner issues and act as an escalation point for resolution
- Oversee reporting and performance tracking for partner programs
- Identify opportunities for partner growth and expansion
🏅 Operational Excellence
- Champion delivery standards, SOPs, and program metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve outcomes
- Develop and maintain partner-facing dashboards and internal reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or a related field
- 5+ years in operations, account management, or partner success—preferably in healthcare (health plans, hospital systems, or PACE programs)
- Strong grasp of healthcare operations and workflows
- Proven success in partner management, onboarding, and ongoing delivery
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with performance tracking and reporting experience
- Flexible to travel up to 50%, as required
