Solutions Consultant

mPulse Mobile, Inc. is recruiting for our Brooklyn, NY office: Solutions Consultant: Consult with customers to understand business objectives and associated portal solutions. Provide recommendations based on mPulse and industry best practices for website portals in the areas of engagement, self-service, and collaboration. Identify and analyze internal and customer trends to recommend and implement solutions to gain efficiency, reduce expenses and risk, and increase satisfaction ratings. Provide guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems. Identify, outline, and propose solutions for internal improvements. Maintain familiarity with customer portals and lines of business. Accurately gather, translate, and document user requirements and designs to serve as functional and technical specifications from which solutions can be developed. Direct requests for customizations to the Product Ideas board for consideration. Accountable for multiple projects at any given time to deliver high-quality, on-time deliverables. Establish strong relationships with internal and external customers. Position may work remotely. $129,000/yr. - $141,700/yr.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field, and 24 months of experience.
