Job Summary

Responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, high-quality user interfaces for mPulse enterprise applications while mentoring developers and enforcing UI standards.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead development of modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Architect reusable UI components and front-end patterns.
• Translate UX designs into scalable front-end code.
• Define UI standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities/Experience

• Expert HTML5, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript skills.
• Strong experience with Bootstrap and jQuery.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Strong UI/UX judgment and collaboration skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of front-end development experience.
• Enterprise application experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
