The Senior Program Manager – Enterprise Transformation is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across mPulse’s core business lines. This role drives strategic change, ensures alignment across multiple workstreams, and delivers measurable business outcomes by partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
· Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation programs aligned to strategic objectives and business priorities.
· Establish and maintain program governance structures including steering committees, executive updates, and risk frameworks.
· Engage and influence senior leaders, functional heads, and external partners to ensure program success.
· Coordinate and integrate multiple workstreams, managing dependencies and milestone delivery.
· Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors through structured change management practices.
· Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to deliver within approved financial parameters.
· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics; track and report progress against objectives.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Expertise in program governance, risk management, and enterprise-scale delivery.
· Strong background in business process reengineering, technology enablement, and organizational change.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of professionalism.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple initiatives.
· Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Self-motivated, proactive approach with strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
· 10+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 5 years leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
· Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent preferred.
