Job Summary
The Revenue Operations Specialist supports the end-to-end revenue lifecycle by executing processes, maintaining data integrity, and delivering reporting and analysis for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role emphasizes hands-on systems work, accurate operations, and clear insights that drive growth and efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Execute and document cross-team workflows to keep Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance aligned.
- Administer day-to-day CRM tasks (fields, lists, users, data loads), maintain data hygiene, and ensure pipeline visibility.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports; analyze key revenue metrics and surface actionable insights.
- Support forecasting cadence, quota tracking, and related process documentation (SOPs and playbooks).
- Run lead routing and account scoring processes; assist with sales enablement asset upkeep.
- Partner with Finance on revenue reporting, incentive tracking, and period-close checks.
- Support GTM analysis for campaigns and keep performance dashboards current.
Skills / Abilities / Experience
- Working knowledge of B2B SaaS revenue operations and go-to-market processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and working familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Strong Excel/BI skills for building reports and QA’ing data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple requests with clear communication.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4+ years in Revenue Ops/Sales Ops/Marketing Ops as an individual contributor
- Familiarity with SaaS sales models and recurring revenue metrics.
