Job Summary:

mPulse is seeking a highly experienced healthcare analytics leader to serve as Vice President, Health Analytics & Outcomes. This individual will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and operationalizing the next phase of mPulse’s Health Experience & Insights (HXI) platform. The ideal candidate is a domain expert in healthcare analytics, health plan operations, member engagement, and outcomes measurement – with deep experience translating data into insights that drive business and health impact.

This VP will lead three core teams:

  • Analytics Consulting – strategic partners to customers delivering data-driven guidance and insights.
  • Data Analyst Services – technical experts producing reports, dashboards, and analytical deliverables for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Engagement Intelligence & Outcomes – a new team responsible for defining, quantifying, and communicating the measurable impact of mPulse's solutions to our customers.
  • This leader will also serve as an internal and external subject matter expert, regularly representing mPulse at conferences, customer executive briefings, and strategic workshops.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with the VP, Engagement & Analytics Strategy to define and execute the analytics and outcomes strategy for the HXI platform.
  • Develop a unifying vision for analytics services that spans insights delivery, storytelling, quantification of impact, and ROI modeling.
  • Design scalable frameworks for demonstrating program value - including health outcomes, operational impact, cost avoidance, and member experience improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and grow three teams with distinct but integrated mandates:
  • Analytics Consultants (external-facing strategy and storytelling)
  • Data Analysts (technical production and reporting)
  • Engagement Intelligence & Outcomes (quantifying and communicating our value)
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the analytics ecosystem.

External Thought Leadership

  • Represent mPulse as a healthcare analytics and engagement SME at industry events, webinars, customer summits, and press opportunities.
  • Build a library of benchmark outcomes and case studies that power mPulse’s commercial and strategic initiatives.

Client Strategy & Enablement

  • Deliver strategic business reviews, RFPs, and solutioning efforts with evidence-based narratives and program insights.
  • Drive customer conversations from “engagement” to “impact,” helping translate results into executive-level value.
  • Standardize and enhance the mPulse outcomes storytelling engine for repeatability across customers and use cases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Member Experience, Delivery, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success teams to align outcomes measurement with messaging, strategy, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Data Operations and AI teams to ensure analytic capabilities evolve with platform and model enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, population health, or value-based care—preferably within a health tech, health plan, or analytics services environment.
  • Expertise in health plan quality programs (CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, Stars), member engagement, and clinical and claims data structures.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary analytics teams, including strategic consulting and technical functions.
  • Deep understanding of ROI modeling, outcomes attribution, and healthcare business case development.
  • Proven executive presence, with experience speaking at conferences, leading strategic workshops, and advising C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital engagement, behavioral science, and predictive analytics in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – able to synthesize complex analytics into clear, persuasive narratives.

Preferred Qualifications:
