Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and technology-focused Sr Product Manager to lead the modernization of our healthcare mobile application and oversee integration efforts across our portal solutions, internal analytics/insights platforms, and outbound engagement channels. This role will play a critical part in shaping a cohesive, intelligent digital experience for healthcare consumers by bridging traditional member services with next-generation digital tools.
As the Sr Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and customer success. You will work within a scrum-based agile methodology and lead with a clear product vision grounded in user needs, data, and business impact.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile application and its integration with core platform capabilities.
- Lead the modernization of the mobile experience, aligning it with web portal capabilities, design standards, and evolving consumer expectations.
- Define and prioritize features that enable seamless connectivity between the app, insights dashboards, and engagement channels (e.g., SMS, email, IVR).
- Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, user-friendly mobile features.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build, test, and iterate on product features.
- Partner with data teams to leverage analytics and behavioral insights in shaping product direction.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Adopt AI tooling to meet industry demand for personalization, operational efficiencies, predictive analytics, workflow optimization, and focus on outcomes.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to gather feedback, manage stakeholder expectations, and support go-to-market efforts.
- Continuously monitor KPIs and user feedback to drive feature adoption and improvements.
Skills/Abilities/Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in modernizing mobile applications and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies (Scrum), and user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with healthcare ecosystems, including member portals, care management, and patient engagement tools.
- Experience working with analytics tools and applying data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with engagement platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools).
- Understanding of APIs, mobile frameworks, and backend services in the healthcare tech stack.
- Prior experience in payer or provider of technology solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
