The Health Experience and Insights (HXI) platform is central to our innovation, providing advanced consumer insights and engagement tools that optimize every stage of the healthcare journey.

As a Sales Engineer at mPulse Mobile, you will play a key role in guiding healthcare clients through the technical aspects of our digital health solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to design and demonstrate solutions that showcase the power of mPulse’s HXI platform.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of mPulse’s platform, including conversational AI, predictive analytics, and omnichannel engagement tools. Use this knowledge to help clients see how these tools can enhance member engagement and improve health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients and sales teams to gather requirements and design customized solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients’ systems and enhance their digital health strategies.
  • Deliver engaging product demos, showcasing how our platform—including the Health Experience and Insights (HXI) solution—addresses challenges like care gap closure and population health management.
  • Act as the technical lead during the sales process, providing support, answering client questions, and helping them see the value in our solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback and help drive innovations within the HXI platform and other digital solutions.
  • Ensure successful client onboarding and implementation by supporting the integration of mPulse’s solutions and helping clients monitor key engagement metrics.

Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Experience with conversational AI, predictive analytics, or digital health tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Experience as a Sales Engineer
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience in revenue recognition for technology or SaaS companies is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
